Typical is a daily word game. Each question is as plain as An animal or Something made of metal, and behind it sits a ranked list of hundreds of answers, from the one most people would say down to the rarest. You type answers; the more typical each one, the more points it pays. The goal on every question is 500 points in as few guesses as you can. Seven is the best anyone can do.
When you get there, you see how you stand among everyone who played the same question that day: more typical than 72% of players, say, and next to each of your guesses how many had it too. Two questions a day, a harder one each week, no account, nothing to install, and your results stay in your own browser.
